Dominoes,
match the ends.
The classic tile game, the way you remember it. Clear tiles. A calm table. A computer opponent that can't see your hand. Play out your tiles, count the pips, and never sit through an ad after a round.
This is our plan for Dominoes, one of six board and puzzle games on our roadmap. We haven't started it yet, and its place in the build order is still being decided.

Clear tiles. A calm table.
Big, readable tiles, the open ends always marked, and the score after every hand.
Illustrations of the planned design. The finished app may look different.
How Dominoes plays
Two players, a set of tiles, and a line that grows from both ends.
Draw
Each player takes a hand of tiles. The rest stay face down.
Match
Play a tile that matches an open end of the line. Doubles go crosswise.
Score
Go out first, or hold the fewest pips when no one can play. That's the hand.
The tile game, done calmly
An opponent that plays fair
The computer knows only what a person across the table would know. Nothing more.
House rules
Draw or block, the target score, and the other common variations.
A free hint every hand
Not sure which tile to play? Just ask.
No ads, ever
Nothing interrupts you between hands. That's the whole idea.
Big, clear tiles
Pips you can count at a glance, at any size.
Works offline
Play anywhere. Nothing leaves your device.
Dominoes for everyone
Readable tiles, spoken plays, and a pace that's entirely yours.
VoiceOver throughout
Every square and every tile is announced, and every move is spoken. Dominoes works without looking.
Voice and Switch Control
Standard accessibility actions, including a list of the moves you can make.
Sizes that fit
Larger pieces and a larger board when you want them. Full Dynamic Type everywhere else.
High contrast
Pieces you can tell apart by shape and shade, not only color. Never color alone.
Reduce Motion
With Reduce Motion on, pieces fade into place instead of sliding.
Your pace, always
No timers. The table waits for you. It always will.
Free to play. Pro if you want more.
Pro is one optional purchase for dedicated players. Nothing to renew. Nothing to remove.
Free
Forever. Not a trial.
- The complete game against the computer
- Undo until new tiles are revealed
- A free hint in every hand
- Tile sizes and every accessibility feature

Pay once
A single optional purchase.

One-time purchase. Yours forever. Shared with your family.
What's in Pro, and what it costs, will be decided closer to release. The free game will always be complete.
Good to know
When will Dominoes be released?
Dominoes is on the roadmap after our card games, and we haven't started it. We don't announce dates we can't keep. The day it's ready, you'll find the download link here.
Will it cost anything?
Dominoes will be free to download, and the whole game free to play. Pro will be an optional one-time purchase. There will never be ads, and never a subscription.
Can I play with friends?
Yes, with the people you know. Invite friends over FaceTime or Messages with SharePlay, or through Game Center, and any open seats go to fair computer players. Always free, with no accounts and no servers of ours. No matchmaking with strangers.
Do I need an internet connection or an account?
No. Everything will work offline, with no account and no sign-in. Your games and stats stay on your device.
Will it come to Android?
Yes, that's the plan. The whole collection comes to Android after the iPhone and iPad apps.
Data Not Collected
That's the App Store privacy label on every app we make, Dominoes included. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising. Nothing you do in the app ever leaves your device.
Something to play now.
Dominoes comes after the card games, and its place in line is still being decided. There's no mailing list, because we don't collect email addresses. Check back here.
